I will plan your event like it is my own. I want to make sure your event or project is as beautiful and as much of a success as you want it to be! I've been a part of 100's of events and trasformations. I just want to lend my expertice to any one who needs a helping hand.
Why Green by Design?
(Starting at $200, plus additional 10% per rental)
- Place order with vendor
- Keep track of updating guest count to guarantee optimum pricing
- Place rental items in location for event
- Oversee all rental pick ups and returns
Rental Examples: Silverware, Chargers, Plates, Napkins, Tablecloths, Glassware, Chairs, Tables, Lounge Furniture, Ceremony Arch, Stage, Backdrop, Custom Signage, Catering, Florals, AV Media/Equipment, DJ/Announcer, etc.
(Starting at $800-$1,200+
Price may vary based on length of "day" and/or number of rentals.)
- Oversee all rental pick ups and returns (see examples on Rental Coordination)
- Create and manage vendor, rental and event timelines
- Secure gift removal and drop off
- Meet with client 2 1/2 weeks before event to ensure all deadlines are met for updated guest counts
- Make sure venue is left in condition stated in contract (cleaning, trash removal, rental removal, etc.)
(Starting $3,500)
- Handle services listed in Rental and Day of Coordination
- Organize guest list, RSVPs, seating charts and floor plans
- Manage timeline for month, week, and days leading up to event
After your free consultation, GBD will help guide you through the very big world of event decisions, from what your invites could look like to what food your guests enjoy to party planning logistics and flow.
GBD will ensure everything is organized and you don't get too overwhelmed.

Consultations are needed to help determine the final price for any service offered to make sure every detail for your big event is taken care of.

Is it a destination event?
Is it longer than a one day event?
Is there more than 10 rentals coming from 3 or more vendors? (Its ok if you don't know this yet)
Do you have less than 6 months before the big event?
